about noémie

I believe that meaningful change begins with listening — to your story, your needs, and the experiences that have shaped you. As a counselling sexologist, my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where those stories can be heard, respected, and transformed into steps toward healing and growth.
Drawing on my background in public health, gender equality and gender-based violence, I bring both professional expertise and deep empathy to my practice. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a genuine commitment to your well-being, helping you navigate challenges, build confidence, and foster healthier relationships with yourself and others.
